We are seeking funding to expand our programmes, develop new geographic delivery areas, and build the evidence base for our model. If you fund men's health, community wellbeing, family support, or veteran services, we would welcome a conversation.

StrongDads CIC is positioned as a community complement to statutory health services — a trusted, accessible, peer-led support community for fathers. We are open to referral pathway discussions, social prescribing partnerships, and co-commissioning conversations.

StrongDads CIC is a registered Community Interest Company delivering evidence-based fitness, mental health support, and peer community to fathers across the United Kingdom — with a particular focus on underserved communities and veteran fathers in South Wales.
We dream of and work towards a world where men are support in their roles as Dads, where 'toxic masculinity' is no longer a term used en masse, and of a world where dads embrace their roles - not a man who has sacrificed himself, but a man who has mastered himself - for the benefit of their families and communities.
Who We Serve
StrongDads CIC works primarily with fathers aged 25–45, with a particular focus on two populations:
Fathers in underserved communities
Particularly where socioeconomic pressures compound the challenges of fatherhood and access to support is limited.
Veteran fathers
Men transitioning from military service to civilian family life face a uniquely complex set of challenges — the loss of structure, identity, and peer support networks coinciding with the demands of fatherhood. StrongDads provides a civilian equivalent of military brotherhood, adapted for family life.
