StrongDads CIC is governed by a Board of 4 Directors, with ultimate responsibility for ensuring all activities align with the community interest objectives set out in our CIC constitution.

Legal Structure
A voluntary advisory body drawn from the community and relevant fields of expertise — including health, fitness, mental health, and veteran support — providing independent oversight and accountability alongside the Board.
StrongDads Senate
85% of StrongDads services are provided free of charge. This commitment is embedded in our operating model and community interest statement.
Free Commitment
All assets of StrongDads CIC are permanently committed to community benefit. In the event of dissolution, remaining assets transfer to an appropriate asset-locked organisation approved by the CIC Regulator.
Asset Lock
We produce annual CIC reports submitted to the Regulator, publicly available, documenting community benefit achieved, financial transparency, and plans for service development.
Annual Reporting
We dream of and work towards a world where men are support in their roles as Dads, where 'toxic masculinity' is no longer a term used en masse, and of a world where dads embrace their roles - not a man who has sacrificed himself, but a man who has mastered himself - for the benefit of their families and communities.
